| 摘要 | How can museums get out of this ivory tower? By moving from a “passive” form, providing educational resources, to an “active” form, actively understanding audience needs. Museum is like a memory, an album, where you can recognize the past, whether it is a dark, a sad, or a happy moment and keep the stories and give the knowledge to our children, grandchild, grand grandchild, and our descendants.
This paper was divided into three parts: (1).Define the meaning of 'Service', and specify conclusively the characteristics of Museum’s service , indicating which elements are needed for successful Museum’s service, and also carrying out analysis of related literature. (2).How interest people come to see the museum exhibits? Why only a small number of people are willing to visit the exhibition. Is it related to the museum service, building character, or direction system? Besides, how long will they stay at the museum? We also want to know what make them interested in coming to the museum. What is the key factor that makes visitors decide where to go in the museum?(3). Using the blueprinting service method, We are trying to understand the desires of the visitors and the reasons they are interested and not interested in visiting the museum. We chose to blueprinting service because blueprinting service can give us a clear explanation about who are our targets, what are the reasons, why they like or dislike the museum, and what should we do, so we can know deeply what the problems are. Blueprinting service also can give us some options to make solutions, which We can analyze and choose the best solution. |
