摘要 | A museum transforms tangible and intangible cultural assets into opportunities for promoting cultural and creative industries. This paper is a case study of the National Museum of Natural Science (NMNS) in Taiwan. Seen from the museum’s perspective and applying the design methods and theories of cultural and creative industries, this research seeks to explore the design and development of cultural and creative products with an interdisciplinary approach. Images and contents of a museum’s identity are transformed and reinterpreted by applying design thinking. Collection items are thus transformed into cultural and creative products which allow for a viewing experience involving multiple senses. |
