著作名稱博物館服務品質及科教活動之研究-以科博館自然生態教育園區為例

摘要本研究以科博館鳳凰谷鳥園生態園區為例,問卷之設計分四大構面進行調查,藉由I-S Model與改善係數探討博物館之服務品質、資訊傳達、環境設施及關懷顧客的滿意度與重要性之差異,分析結果後提出優先改善之項目做為科博館經營改善之策略。本研究除萃取出訪客認知服務品質項目,更兼顧環境教育的理念,以建構出永續發展的經營策略。本研究資料之分析結果可提供科博館經營管理策略之參考。

Taking the Fonghuanggu Bird and Ecology Park of the National Museum of Natural Science for example, the questionnaire design of the this study was divided into four parts. It discusses the differences between the satisfaction and importance of service quality, information conveyance, environmental facilities, and customer care of the Museum by I-S Model and improvement factor. After analyzing the results, we propose the prior improvement item as a strategy to enhance the operation of the Museum. In addition to extracting the service quality item of visitor cognition, this study also gives consideration to the concept of environmental education to construct a business strategy of sustainable development. Analysis of the results of this study may provide the Museum with a reference of business strategy.
