| 摘要 | A newly naturalized species of Argemone L., A. ochroleuca Sweet, has been discovered
in central, northern, and eastern Taiwan. This discovery increases the number of
Argemone species up to two species in Taiwan. Due to its morphological similarity to A. mexicana L., this species has often been misidentified as A. mexicana in the past. This paper provides color photographs of the external morphology, pollen, and distribution map of A. ochroleuca and A. mexicana in Taiwan. In addition, this paper also provides a key to Argemone in Taiwan. |
