摘要 | The genus Hyphodontia J. Erikss. (Basidiomycota), in its broad sense, characterized by crust-like appearance with resupinate basidiocarps, was known to comprise around 128 species worldwide. Species of Hyphodontia s.l. are globally distributed, occurring on dead wood in diverse forest ecosystems and causing white rot, and thus playing an important role in sustain healthy forests and biodiversity. However, many species conforming to the broad sense definition of the genus have not yet been described and appropriately classified. An appraisal of the genus is then required. This study focuses on the revisionary taxonomy of Hyphodontia s.l. with poroid or raduloid hymenophore, ie. H. apacheriensis, H. borbonica, H. dimitica, H. flavipora, H. hallenbergii, H. latitans, H. mollissima, H. niemelaei, H. nongravis, H. nothofagi, H. ovispora, H. paradoxa, H. poroideoefibulata, H. pseudotropica, H. radula, H. rhizomorpha, H. spathulata, H. syringae, H. taiwaniana, Schizopora bresinskyi, S. crassihypha and S. trametoides. Both morphology and phylogenetic analysis were used. Both Maximum Parsimony and Bayesian methods were used to construct the phylogenetic trees based on ITS (internal transcribed spacers) sequences. Independent status of proposed new species is supported by morphological features and phylogenetic analyses. |
