| 摘要 | In this work we report aggregation of neustonic blue sea slug Glaucus atlanticus observed in Hejie, Kenting National Park, southern Taiwan on March 29, 2019. These sea slugs, following a group of neustic colonial hydroids, mainly Velella velella and Physalia physalis, were found trapped in the tide pools during the ebb tide. At the site, animals and their surroundings were recorded; the behaviors of G. atlanticus, including feeding and interacting with each other, were also described and compared with another glaucinin aggregation observed at the same site in 2017. |
