| 摘要 | With the progress of the times, people’s standard of living has improved, with increasing social awareness for quality of life and aesthetics. Relatively, design has gradually received attention in industrial development. However, under the influence of Taiwan’s past social economy, designers are often unable to exert their strengths in the industry, and the value of design professionals has seriously degraded, resulting in designers’ disproportionate labor and pay. How to enhance designers’ value in the industry remains an important issue in future industrial development. This study targeted relevant literature on domestic industries and designers, and a literature review was carried out. It was found that art and music related creative industries all operated through a brokerage model in order to protect the rights of creators, while the designers were not offered any relevant services to provide assistance in this area. Therefore, through literature analysis and brokerage service related expert interviews, a brokerage service model belonging to the designer industry was constructed. With the new model established, designers will be able to make full use of what they have learned under a comprehensive system and enhance the designers’ personal value. |
