| 摘要 | This report deals with Lower Jurassic radiolarians from the Liminangcong Chert on Busuanga Island, Philippines. From 4 chert samples totally 122 radiolarian forms, including 9 new species, were determined, described and illustrated. By comparing with Lower Jurassic radiolarians from North America and Japan, the age of the studied asemblage was determined to be early Sinemurian. The results of this study suggest that the stratigraphic ranges of several radiolarian taxa are much longer than those proposed in previous studies. |
